ZUMBA - Ditch the Workout, Join the Party! This Latin-inspired dance-fitness program blends red-hot music and contagious steps to form a “fitness party”. Music selections include both fast and slow rhythms to help tone and sculpt the body.


Kettlebell AMP - Kettlebells just got LOUD! AMPD takes heart-pumping music and your favorite kettlebell moves and combines them into calorie-torching fun! The music is diverse, and the moves are simple and easy to learn.  Get lost in the music and push yourself like never before!
